For sandy beaches and water sport, I would recommend "Plage Juan Les Pins". Buses to Juan Les Pins are very frequent (about 15 minutes each). The nearest bus stop from the property is only about 200m away. The bus ticket cost about 1 Euro per adult. If you fancy going to Cannes, the bus also costs only 1 Euro per adult.
During summer, there is also a "petit train" or "small train" departing from Antibes old town to Juan Les Pins. The petit train provides mini sigh-seeing tour between Antibes and Juan Les Pins. It passes through major tourist spots such as Provencal Market, Massena court, museum Picasso, Antibes Old town, Port Vauban, Juan Les Pins Pinewood, Juan Les Pins beach.
